Need help finding directions to a piece of furniture purchased recently?
Purhased a Leather Daybed made by Acme Furniture, City of industry , CA--model# 2420 - 36"h downtown daybed. 3 boxes in total shipped with no instructions!!!!! Called the company direct in California and was told they can not give directions to consumers directly, only the store where it was purchased. They also stated they may not be able to give them directions because they would have to "open boxes" within their warehouse and see if they can find it. Process can take anywhere from 3 days to 1-2 weeks. Meanwhile boxes are open and pieces spread out across my livingroom. Ready to tie it up and attempt to take back to a store that does no refunds on special order furniture.
Hope you used a credit card to purchase it. They are useful for some things. You could then dispute the charge and not pay. Bet they would be very helpful then!
