Do i just throw away the mattress since my daughter wet her bed??
We just found out that she has diabetes. One of the symptoms is constanlty having the need 2 pee. So at night, shes been wetting her bed..She had a toddler bed that had like plastic on it, so it was easy 2 clean but i just got her a twin size bed becuz shes out grown that other bed. So what do i do?
You can air out her matress on the back porch and use a whole bottle of febreeze on it. That should help with the smell. Once it dries, get a waterproof cover for it and some waterproof sheets. It will make your life much easier.
You could also get some of those bed pads you see in nursing homes. They are really absorbent and help a lot. Sorry, I don't know what they are made of off hand.
