How to make a Queen Elizabeth costume for the History Fair...?
For my school's history fair, it's required to dress up as the person you're studying and representing. I would like to either Queen Elizabeth or Queen Mary, but I have no idea how I would manage to dress like them! Especially with those HUGE skirts they used to wear back then.
I was thinking of using hangers to create a bell shaped skirt hoop, then covering it with fabric. I'm not too thrilled with that idea though. Any suggestions how I can pull the look off?
probably cheaper and easier to just rent a costume from a costume store.
