would it be ok for 4 people to live in a one bedroom?
i have twin boys and i havent found anything right now and will be taking over my parents place since there moving. its a one bedroom so therefor i was going to have my little boys have there bedroom and me get a sleeper sofa in the living room. my bf will be staying with me at the time. would it be ok since the kids will have them a room? im trying to find a 2bd.
if you read it i said the boys with get the room and i will sleep in the living room. if you had no where else to go and its the last place you would do it.
also i have two days to find something since my parents changed there minds about moving. atleast i would have one month to find a place even if i had to stay there for a month. so its not as bad. thinking about some people live with 6 or 7 people in a 2 bedroom
were moving in together btw and the boys are 5 and they go to bed before 9 so i dont think it will affect anything. atleast they got a roof over there heads
You shouldn't have boyfriend staying over unless it's a long term committed relationship. It messes kids up to have boyfriends come and go. Will the boys have to leave the bedroom to go to the bathroom? What if you are physically engaged and they see it? How old are these boys anyway?
There's no problem with you in the living room and the boys living in the one bedroom. Or even everyone in the bedroom, depending on ages. (You say little)
But leave the boyfriend to find his own place to live. He can start staying over when you have a ring and a date.
As for number of people, when I was growing up, there were eight of us. At one house there were only three bedrooms and we had four people in that bedroom. (Bunkbeds.) There's nothing wrong with close and crowded.
Edit: All you care about is a roof over their heads? You don't give a crap about what kind of life is happening under that roof? Some mother you are. Do NOT move boyfriend in unless he's willing to commit. If he moves out a couple of months, what do you think that does to the kids? Or do you care?
